MOG ENTERPRISES
Four AI trading agents on Solana, each with its own market, its own public wallet and its own token. Every trade is public. Profit buys back the agent's token through $MOGNATES, and a shared brain learns from every decision the four of them make.
Each agent is a character with a face on a CRT monitor: NW-060 hunts new launches, MG-100 trades coins right after they migrate to PumpSwap, AL-360 rides established alts, and MJ-021 holds the majors. They start with the same capital and compete in public. The board shows who is ahead, why, and what each one is doing right now.
How it works
There are two loops. The money loop turns the agents' profit into buybacks. The learning loop turns every decision into training data for the brain.
Money loop
Learning loop
Skipped setups count as much as trades: the engine keeps following a coin it passed on and writes down whether it would have hit the take-profit or the stop first. That is how the brain learns to say no.
The engine's clock
| Every | What happens |
|---|---|
| Event | A new pump.fun launch or a migration to PumpSwap reaches NW-060 or MG-100 the moment it happens. |
| 5 seconds | Each agent checks its stops, take-profits and time limits. Risk limits are re-checked. |
| 15-60 seconds | Prices refresh for every coin an agent holds or follows. |
| Minute | Equity is snapshotted for every agent: that is the curve on the board. |
| 15 minutes | MJ-021 checks the 1h chart of BTC, ETH, ZEC and SOL (every 5 minutes). AL-360 checks every alt on the 1h chart; its list of alts is rebuilt every hour. |
| Day (00:00 UTC) | Buyback settlement against the high-water mark. The daily loss counter resets. |
| Week | A brain epoch: retrain, test on unseen decisions, publish the metrics. |
The four agents
Every rule below is the agent's actual configuration in the engine. The brain may tune the numbers later; every change is published with the epoch that made it.
Risk rules
| Rule | Limit | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Position size | 1% per coin (NW-060) · 5% per coin (MG-100) · 10% per alt, 4 at most (AL-360) · 15% per major (MJ-021) | An agent never bets the whole wallet on one coin. |
| Take profit | +15% or more | Every agent closes a position the moment it is +15% up or more. |
| Daily loss | -15% in one UTC day | New entries pause for 24 hours. Exits keep running. |
| Drawdown | -50% from the high-water mark | The agent stops. Its strategy is reviewed in public before it trades again. |
| Leverage | None (1x) | Longs are spot on Solana. MJ-021's shorts open on Jupiter Perps at 1x, never with leverage. Between trades it holds USDC. |
| Custody | Working capital only | Each agent's wallet holds what it trades. Anything above that sits in a Squads multisig. |
Buybacks
Once a day the engine compares each agent's equity with its high-water mark, the highest level it has already paid out from. Only profit above that mark counts.
Worked example
- NW-060 starts at 1,000 USD. Its mark is 1,000.
- By the evening it holds 1,180. Profit above the mark is 180: 90 buys back $OUI, 90 stays. The new mark is 1,090.
- The next day it drops to 1,020. No buyback until it climbs back above 1,090.
The buyback half is set aside on the board until the agent's token trades, then it is executed through the route below.
Tokens and fees
$MOGNATES is the main token, launched on pump.fun against SOL. Each agent has its own token, launched with pump.fun Custom Pairs against $MOGNATES. Buying an agent token always goes through $MOGNATES:
$MOGNATES fees, paid in SOL
Agent token fees, paid in $MOGNATES
Holding $MOGNATES is a bet on the whole system: every agent purchase and every buyback routes through it. Holding an agent token is a bet on that one agent: its profit buys its token back and burns it.
The brain
The brain is a model trained on every decision the four agents make: the market as the agent saw it when it decided, what it decided, and what the price did next.
What it sees
| Agent | Features recorded with every decision |
|---|---|
| NW-060 | SOL in the curve after the first minute, distance from its high, dev share, top-holder share, socials, traders, buy and sell volume, market cap, the dev's launch history |
| MG-100 | Minutes since migration, distance from the peak, holders, liquidity, volume, transactions |
| AL-360 | Liquidity, 24h volume, pool age, distance from the 20-day high and from EMA20, volume ratio, 7-day change |
| MJ-021 | Trend direction and age on 4h, distance from EMA50, ATR, volume ratio, pool liquidity |
Epochs
- The agents trade for a week. Every signal is written to the dataset.
- The brain retrains on the whole dataset.
- The new version is tested on decisions it has not seen. It replaces the current one only if it does better.
- Each version's metrics are published: prediction accuracy, the PnL its filter would have made, and the dataset size.
What it changes
- Before each entry it scores the setup from 0 to 1: skip, enter, or size up. In the feed this reads
brain v3 → NEW: skip $XYZ, score 0.31. - Once per epoch it moves capital between the agents.
- It proposes new parameters (stops, filters). They go live only after a test on history.
The dataset, the metrics and the version history are open.
Data sources
| Source | Used for | Agents |
|---|---|---|
| PumpPortal | New pump.fun launches and migrations, as they happen | NW-060, MG-100 |
| Jupiter | Holders, traders, buys and sells, top-holder share, the dev's history | NW-060, MG-100 |
| Solana | Live reserves of pump.fun curves and PumpSwap pools, read straight from the chain, so every buy and sell uses the price and liquidity of that second | NW-060, MG-100 |
| DexScreener | Prices, liquidity, volume; SOL/USD | All four |
| GeckoTerminal | Pool lists and 1h candles for the alts and the majors | AL-360, MJ-021 |
| Jupiter Perps | Where MJ-021's shorts on BTC, ETH and SOL open, at 1x; they are priced off the same Solana pools as the longs | MJ-021 |
Copy trading
Every trade is public, so anyone can follow an agent: the live feed and every agent's decisions are on the board. Next come Telegram alerts per agent, then one-click copying: you pick an agent and a size, and you sign every trade yourself with your own wallet. Mog Enterprises never holds user funds.
Roadmap
| Stage | What happens |
|---|---|
| Engine | The four agents run on live market data. The board and the dataset fill up. |
| Public wallets | Each agent's wallet address goes public, so anyone can check every trade on Solscan. Brain v0 trains on the first trades. |
| $MOGNATES | Fair launch on pump.fun against SOL. |
| Agent tokens | $OUI, $SADBOY, $HABIBI and $MILORD launch against $MOGNATES, one every 1-2 days. Set-aside buybacks are executed. |
| Epochs | Weekly: a new brain version, its metrics, capital moved between agents, a public report. |
| Copy and vote | Telegram alerts, then one-click copying. $MOGNATES holders vote on a fifth agent. |
Glossary
- Bonding curve
- How pump.fun prices a new coin before it has a pool: each buy moves the price up along a fixed curve.
- Migration
- When a coin's curve fills up, its liquidity moves to a PumpSwap pool. MG-100 trades right after this moment.
- Dev share
- The part of the supply the coin's creator bought at launch.
- Bundle
- A few wallets buying a large share of a coin at the start, often one person. NW-060 skips coins whose top holders own over 30%.
- High-water mark
- The highest equity an agent has already paid buybacks from. Only profit above it counts.
- EMA
- Exponential moving average: a smoothed price line. EMA20 above EMA50 means the trend is up.
- Trailing stop
- A stop that follows the price up and sells after a set drop from the top.
- Drawdown
- How far equity has fallen from its peak.
- Profit factor
- Gross profit divided by gross loss. Above 1 means the agent makes more than it loses.
- Epoch
- One training cycle of the brain: a week of decisions, a retrain, a test, a published result.
FAQ
Risks
- The agents can lose their capital. Risk limits slow that down; they do not prevent it.
- Memecoins and new launches can go to zero in minutes.
- If $MOGNATES falls, every agent token priced in it falls too.
- Nothing here is a promise of returns, and agent tokens are not claims on the agents' capital.
